Incorrect ........... Hull KR beat Hull, two hull club wins last games by big margins, we lose both are last two by big margins .... and we finish ninth. OK, they have to be BIG margins but IMO the one journalist at the associated press (and all the one who reprinted it without checking) were wrong. PROBABLY top 8 but as of now, not yet GUARANTEED.

Not mathematically we're not. Although there'd have to be some 50-0 scorelines in the final weeks.

We're one of the most inconsistent teams in this league. We may well finish fourth come September, we may just as likely finish 8th. I reckon it will be somewhere in between in reality though.

Let's enjoy the rest of the season. It could turn out great with a Wembley appearance as well. I won't forget how close we were to finishing in the bottom four and playing absolutely dreadfully. The Hull KR match was the lowest I've seen us. We'll never know just how many were carrying knocks but I've watched Ratchford/Clark/Russell ... all in obvious pain and thought oh no! The Currie suspension was another concern. Anyway we are through it ... and I can start enjoying rugby league again. As the legendary F Flinstone would say ... yabadabadoo!
