Isn't Sims a Metallica superfan? I would have expected something thrashy from their back catalogue, not their worst album.

Loyalties aren't always necessary if only a sample of the track is played however..
Warrington will have a PRS licence, it covers all music in general.

It's up to the PRS to decide how the royalist is shared out. This is done by random venue monitoring and details of their play lists are recorded. Eventually with enough of them, percentages are worked out.
