its a tricky one, because he is undoubtedly a good coach... Its possible we are seeing the end of his reign though.. If his heart isnt in the job anymore, if he has become stale, then his time will come to an end sooner or later.

If its true that he has taken more of a backseat and let Agar have some control, then you have to see it that his interest is waning.

What you need to do is to stow the "woe is me" attitude, along with looking at your shoulder (not sure which one), reaching over and removing the chip that is currently lodged there.

Everyone has an opinion, some differ from others. People don't agree with what I say, so what, I couldn't care less, that's up to them. If I don't agree with someone, I'll let them know. The only difference is I don't go around the forum moping questioning why no-one agrees with me and taking it personally when someone doesn't agree with me.
