No one actually believes that do they?? I know some fans are incredibly naïve about what goes on in training, but seriously - anybody who believes what Tony Smith was saying (or more importantly not saying) there must be soft in the head.
He is right, it is about getting OFF the floor quickly..... it is also about turtling the ball carrier and making sure you get to floor on your terms when you are on attack.
