I agree. The late fifties white strip with the primrose and blue bands across the chest and upper arm was quite smart. I also liked the early fifties tight primrose and blue hooped shirt. My favourite strip was the all blue strip of the Murphy era with the letter W on the chest. However I think there can be nothing more grotesque or hideous than an overweight old geezer in a rugby shirt so I am not really entitled to comment as I wouldn't be seen dead in one.
