Think we only just filled Saints away end in 2012

The pies v leeds was a league game with about 12000 season ticket holders.
It was also a Big One promotion game where there are events with local school children who get free entrance.

I expect more than 12k for this as its a huge game!

I expect us to take 3.5 Irish.
I don't expect the Pies to have more than 13.

I hope I'm wrong but I dont think we will sell out our end, I'd say 2,500 max - with a lot watching it on telly, saving their money just in case we get to the final.

£14/£7 for season ticket holders. We must have at least 7,000 ST holders. If even half of them aren't prepared to spend that for a semi final, our sport has a real problem.

Well, this is where I personally get a bit cheesed off, we only about half filled the away end in the last round, people were saying, i'm saving my money for the play offs.

Low attendance the widnes game despite them bringing there biggest attendance. "oh i'm saving my money to take the kids the next week, THIS week doesn't matter"

last week was a fairly good attendance at cas, but free coaches were laid on and there were still people i knew, that weren't going, they were saving their money for this week, can't take the whole family, so non of us are going.

Surprise surprise, they're now saving their money for when we get to the grand final.

I realise i and none of us have any room to say who can/can't go, should/shouldn't go to games, we've heard all year about money being tight but come on, this is the one, THIS, IS, THE, ONE. There' is no next week if we lose.

sorry,, bit of a rant, that doesn't read well either.

We got 8k against Leeds in 2012 and 14.5k against Leeds last year. No idea what caused the discrepancy but we got more than 8k against Huddersfield so I'd expect a crowd more like the 2013 semi, maybe more given the derby element.

Its a justified Rant though.

This could well be our last competitive game until next February.
If its not our last game, then it means we will have got to a Grand Final by beating Wigan, our most hated enemy on their ground, in a game where most neutrals are predicting a Wigan win.

Can someone who is not going & considers themselves to be a Warrington supporter please explain to me why they would want to miss this game. (Apart from Work, Child care or a genuine lack of money etc)

This game is going to be the biggest attended by my family. Normally its just me and my brother but my old man, sister and girlfriend are coming.
