I think a player like Monas will have seen plenty of Coaching styles, player reaction to methods and personally commands enough respect to be a good coach. It's not a given but those qualties would surely get him his Badges. Come on TS get him on the course.

exactly and before that was a player and he's Australian, so if he can retire from playing and become an Assistant coach and then a coach why Would Michael Monaghan be refused.........??
