I broke my left leg and fractured the ankle at the same time as well as my medial ligaments popping out to say hello.., I'm not saying he's done that exactly but it looked very close. I was in a full knee high pot and on crutches for 2 and half months and before they got the pot off and put me through another 2 months of physio before i was back playing Badminton in the league. (I literally slipped!!) The biggest hurdle really is the ligament damage he may of done. I hope Scott is ok, as i'm sure a lot of other Leeds fans do too.'"
I broke my right leg and dislocated my ankle. It was pretty nasty, my foot was facing the wrong way. It took me about a year to get playing at the same standard again (Sunday League football) but reckon if I was a semi pro or professional, I would never have got to that level again.
Saying that, Grix will hopefully get better treatment than I did, as a bog standard NHS patient.
