well done to the fans that made it, i know myself how frustrating the m62 can be on a friday night!
being an fc fan we have had to do saints, widnes already and wigan in two weeks and its a ballache!
i wish clubs would see common sense, even our own, when the hull clubs play lancashire teams, to choose sundays! (unless picked for tv!)
last season it took us over 5 hours to get to warrington on a friday night, 2 hours stuck in dewsbury after diverting, we was close to turning back but decided to carry on, thankfully we arrived with 15 minutes to spare!
I think it would be a good gesture from the club to provide free of charge a match dvd to people who could prove they tried to get there but couldn't or who arrived late due to the traffic. Blank dvds don't cost a lot these days.
On another thread I commented on the poor number of Wire fans that turned up. At the time I wasn't aware of the problems on the roads and would like to apologise to any fan who thought I was having a dig. a good result for your lads, although I do think some of the refereeing was poor.
