You can get a hotel near the centre for about £60 a night. The problem I had was that none of them seem to do a family room, at least I couldn't find one. I ended up going on Ownersdirect and found an apartment that luckily was available for the one night I wanted. It was booked the week before and the week after, with a one day gap in-between, and he was happy to take my booking.

I am not going myself ,but have any of you priced from Blackpool airport ,i have heard some good things about Blackpool airport recently.

I tried Blackpool but had no success at the time.
