| Hi,
Me and a few others are making our first visit to Warrington on Friday night from Leeds for the game. Have read that one of the best places to park will be the NCP on Tanners Lane. We should be getting there at 7pm. Will there be any space at that time or anywhere better to park? Don't mind paying a few quid.

| Mike is right , Tesco's is patrolled on match days and it a £70 fine.
Park opposite & up a bit from Central Station, its safe & you will be in the ground in less than a minute. Don't park on the CP directly opposite Central because its small & made for short duration. You will see the one we mean its large and will be busy with Rhinos who come to see the Wire.

| Please don't park on the side streets, where RESIDENTS ONLY signs are clear to anyone with eyesight, and then get a parking ticket, and then come on here whinging that you've got a parking ticket, like you've just had the greatest miscarriage of justice since Stefan Kiszko.
We've been there before. It got a bit tiresome, and people still couldn't see they were in the wrong

| Park on Winwick Rd so you can be sure of a hasty exit with ten minutes to go, when Bridgey romps in straight from a scrum on half way thus completing his hat-trick to put Wires 36-0 up.
Sorry. RD told me to say that.
Time for a cup of tea, methinks.

| The large car park on Tanners Lane/Winwick street bump their prices up from £2-20 to £4-00 on match days so on principle I don't park there.
You can park on Golden Square multi story which is directly above and below the main shopping centre. Its about £2-20 for up to 3 hours, open till midnight. If you park beneath the shops, its dead easy to walk in and there will be lots of other people parking. Even if you take the spiral ramp up above the shops, the lifts still work to get you up there, but I would park beneath if I was you.
Drive past the stadium. straight through the traffic lights near the original wire pub, under the railway bridge to the large "whiplash" roundabout. Go almost all the way round to the 4th exit (A57 Liverpool) onto Midland Way. You can either take the spiral ramp on the left or I would advise that you carry on a little further past Debenhams to the lights, turn left onto Legh Street and the lower level entry is just on your left.
