| Well, on the positive side, we picked up the two points, rested two players, and the gamble of moving Currie to centre paid off handsomely. Not only did he make full use of his pace, but he will also have gained a lot of confidence from that performance. And of course Myler got a run out - yes he has been underwhelming this season, but another fit player gives us more options, plus he can only improve from his early season displays. But it sounded a very scrappy affair and I counted three dropped balls from England alone. Doubtless the conditions didn't help together with another player re-shuffle, but good sides have to cope with this if they are to challenge for the pots.
Fortunately, we are still in both knock out competitions, so anything can happen.

To be honest I've yet to meet anyone, and I can safely include referees in this assertion given Ganson's comments on SKY, who knows or can explain the correct interpretation of the crossing rule.
It is an utter farce, seems to be exempt of logic and a total lottery.

The sudden return to form of Ben Currie is a real bonus, whilst only a few weeks ago some were also slagging off Ben Harrison, who has also now played himself into a bit of form. i was impressed with ryan Atkins last week and if Myler can get his confidence back then Tony Smith could have a real, but very pleasant, problem on his hands.

A goalkicker or extra practice for Bridge is a must ,it's no good going towards the business end of the season with one arm tied behind your back . Westwood 's tackle may have looked worse than it was but it was put on report.'"
