watching them all on telly so not a proper fan in some peoples eyes..saturday will get my garden done whilst the cockneys and the froggies do battle,then open up the bar and enjoy the rest of the games...as for sunday. ....dinner bookies and settle down to watch wire and saints
0928 train from Sankey for me, Spoons brekkie and a few beers around Manchester before jumping on the tram. Much the same Sunday but annoyingly no trains stop at Sankey.
Should be a big group of us, including Wire, Widnes, Leigh, Wigan and Batley supporters. Coincidentally, on my way home from work this evening I read a press release from the Met advising which pubs had been allocated to the two FA Cup finalists. It made me realise, amidst the never ending stream of negativity how wonderful it is that we can have such events with fans of all clubs mingling. Really something to be proud of, long may it continue!
