Seeing as it was too cheap in your opinion, how much was the original deal worth and more importantly were there any other bidders to at that time?
You said in a previous post that you had customers, so I presume you're in business rather than serve in a chipper? If so what about the Rubber Duckie Stadium would that fit your bill?
