| Quote: Who are ya!! "Didn't he say something similar before we signed J Monas?'"
He's said it a few times, but who can blame him? Why should the Club's transfer and recruitment plans be put in the public domain?

| I agree with you Teesside, it also negates looking like a fool or any other impressions people may have of the club.
Plus on a personal level I love it when a great signing just comes straight out of leftfield, it's exciting.
I remember watching Matt Russell at the start of the world cup, watching his good footwork and strength, my mate I was watching with saying he's got something about him who does he play for?
It had completely not registered with me that he was our new signing... I had a little think and then thought oh yeah he's just signed for us.
I like the speculation, it's entertaining but I do prefer the announcement that no one guessed.

| Is Sculthorpe still nailed on for Boxing Day ?
But ,seriously, it is harder than ever these days to get decent Southern Hemisphere players at the right price because it is so easy now for them to extend their playing careers & probably get more money by changing to Union in their own countries.

| Johnson was basically anonymous all game.
Yes, his pack weren't making yards for him to build on, but, when he did have the ball, he "went through the motions" and didn't appear to have a plan B, in the biggest game of them all
It's a no from me
