I see worse on the streets in Liverpool during the day time.

They're everywhere, even Barnet occasionally as a fight and that's with only 9 pubs in a well to do area.

Of the Cheshire areas, surprised they didn't mention Knutsford

Quite a few years ago I woke up one morning with a set of temporary traffic lights in my bedroom.... along with cones, men at work sign and about 8 of those yellow flashing lights.

Surely there's more of a problem with taking time from the health services rather than the police. I occasionally frequent the nightlife when I'm back in town and there's only ever around 5 police in town.
