Well, first and foremost if it's true then good luck to the lad, it's a great opportunity for him.
That said, I can't help thinking that some of the NRL clubs are looking at the Burgess clan, James Graham, Gareth Ellis etc. and thinking that they are representative of the quality of forwards in the British game. Whereas, in reality they are the exception rather than the rule.
If I was an NRL club looking at Wires pack for potential recruits then both Chris Hill and Ben Harrison would be higher up my wish-list than Coops and you can probably add Currie to that within the next year.
Interesting that the NRL don't seem to be in much of a rush to sign any of our outside backs or half-backs though (I categorically DO NOT consider Rangi Chase an English half-back) which historically, is the area we were always superior whilst we struggled in the forwards.
