Well done with the book. I had a browse at the book in Waterstones today. I can relate to a lot of what you have written as I grew up watching the Wire around the same time as yourself.

One chapter of particular note that brought back nerve wracking and happy memories was the cup quarter v Hull KR and semi final v Wigan in 09, what games they were for different reasons.

Nice how you make comparisons with some of the best sporting teams in the world.

Lets hope next years edition of 'Spirit of 55' can include a report on a Grand Final victory
