| Having Foxy as an official bingo partner simply means that there is another deal from a betting partner on the table and there is a need to distinguish between the two. We sometimes pride ourself on being a "family sport" so why wouldn't a sponsor want to appeal and have access to those more likely to play bingo?
The approach seems to be that having 4-5 second tier sponsors doesn't devalue the game and means not having the oh-so-important title sponsor loses income from sponsorship.

Do you dive for pearls? If you are going to criticize someone's spelling you should check your own. Maybe you meant either

Is this a never ending roll of people complaining about other peoples spelling, yet spelling words wrong in the process of doing it?
If you're American fair enough but the word 'criticize' is spelt (or spelled if you are "American") criticise. HTH

I'm fairly sure there should have been a comma after 'enough'.

I'm assuming the missing apostrophe in "peoples" was purely ironic then?

You could even argue the sentence could go:
"If you're American, fair enough; but the word 'criticize' is spelt (or spelled if you are "American") criticise."
This thread is funny!

Two 'coulds' in a sentence: bad style. I would argue you second 'could' should be 'should'; would make more sense bud

| So, that's Tetley's for the Challenge Cup.
Well done to the RFL.
My only concern, is the lack information re the (monetary) size of the deal.
A little worrying, especially after last SL's debacle

No it isn't!! 'Criticise' is the secondary spelling. Look it up in the OED or any other [iEnglish[/i dictionary!
This wasn't my point anyway. This forum is supposed to be about Rugby League not English grammar and spelling. The biggest error in this thread is the misplaced apostrophe in the title of the thread. Nobody cares, nor should they. Everyone understands the meaning. The original error that SEB complained about was clearly a typing error of the sort we all make. If people totally mangle the language so that nobody can understand, that is different.
