RFL have now allowed this to be acceptable over here and international. Just NRL have still banned it!

Whats everyones opinion on the shoulder charge? Personally, i think its a good part of the game! Dont want the game going soft.

I was astonished that they have allowed it. Its quite dangerous really. In fact I think we need to look carefully at the hand off as well. This can easily lead to a poke in the eye for the tackler, I am surprised nobody has lost an eye.

We have a fantastic game, but I think it is spoiled by being far too rough at times.

Hand off could equally causer loss of a contact lens or smearing of eyeshadow as well, amazed it hasn't been banned before now.

If the aussies wanna ban it fine, then bring on the world cup and give em a bit of biff (within the laws of the game naturally, especially you Mr Hock).
