Bailey is an interesting character. Some fans dismiss him as an animal, while confusingly others claim he's a coward.
Take a look at his disciplinary record though and it's pretty damn good. Where he infuriates opponents and fans is that he niggles opponents so that they lose focus or give away penalties. That's a pretty useful feature to have in your side.
Bottom line is that he's played in 7 of the last 9 Grand Finals and picked up a winners ring from 6 of them, whilst being a regular selection for Daryl Powell, Tony Smith, Brian McClennan and Brian McDermott. That suggests he's seen as an asset by some pretty good coaches and contributed to a very successful side over a number of years.
