| Great topic.
a) Currently in SL is Briers, Sinfield, O'Loughlin (I know he doesn't have the kicking game, but all round, including defence deserves a shout)
Currently in NRL are Cam Smith (numero uno), Thurston and Benji Marshall
b) Ever seen in flesh playing Alex Murphy, Shaun Edwards, Andy Farrell, and Roger Millward
Ever seen in NRL, Brett Kenny, Wally Lewis, Peter Sterling and Darren Lockyer
c) Wearing the cherry and white, Shaun Edwards (Kenny was brilliant but he only played half a season) Andy Greg was worth a shout but Edwards all round game awareness was better.
Just had a thought on the best ever seen. John Walsh a centre who played for Saints in the late 60's early 70's. Not a lot a pace but a brilliant rugby brain.

| Scott Dureau looks like a very intelligent player, he rang rings around us in the league game over there. I don't think we managed anything at all in trying to charge down his kicks other than looking stupid.

I hope you're not refering to when Roy tried to get money out of the cash machine

| Agree with all the RL players listed so far.
Just to throw a spanner in the works, I'd put Stephen Hawking, Richard Branson and David Beckham on a par with regards to intelligence. Discuss.

| Lee Briers has one of the finest rugby brains I've ever come across. Having said that, his decision to pass while sitting down in the last 10 minutes on Saturday wasn't one of his finest moments.
