Williams is an excellent winger with pace and a good step. He has been unfortunate to have so many good threequarters on Wire's books keeping him out of the team His twelve tries for Wales tells you something as that's a national record. He also outpaced th entire Wire defense to score againts us for Castleford. I don't imagine he'll get a new contract as we have too many good young backs already, but I expect to see him starring for another Sl team next year. He will let no-one down if he plays on Friday. |

A lot of us are hoping to see Rhys Williams back in a Cas shirt in the not too distant future. |

Why is Rhys a scapegoat?
What has he done wrong to deserve to be made one?
I know that you are not calling him, but it really baffles me the tripe that some people come out with on here about him.
He is a very goood player who would walk into a lot of Super League sides, it is unfortunate for him that competition for places at Warrington is so high; that is NO reflection on his ability as a player. He is VERY highly thought of at the club by the coaching staff and I'd rather back their judgement than that of some of the muppets on here. |

Totally agree. Makes me wonder whether some people have ever watched the game. Seems that he is not flavour of the month with the knuckle draggers for some reason though. |
