Travelling down on Saturday morning 6am start, staying at the Ibis Wembley Saturday night and drive home Sunday

a few beers friday night then up early sat morning for a mixed grill(Similar to what i do when off on my hols)taxi to wilderspool for coach.few beers going down to wembley.few beers inside the ground...and a few more on the way back..sunday out to welcome the team back then out on the lash...what a weekend

We have never gone by Car before and was wondering how long will it take to get to Wembley leaving Warrington around 7am with perhaps a 20 minute comfort stop on the way.

depends how fast you go..70mph you shud be there for 12..

Depends FB, my experience good day, no or little traffic problems, 3 hours you're looking at, worst by car, 6 hours, worst by coach though, bordering on 9 hours (two separate road closures).

Breakfast at the local 'spoons here in Winchester, train up to Waterloo, tube over to Marylebone, few beers and meet up with my 2 southern union fans, short hop up to Wembley on the train, then try and find our Bobby for a beer or two.

After the game head back into London for a few celebratory beers, then train back home.

Long weekend in London, arrive approx 4.00pm, Friday. Meal at Hotel in Canary Wharf. Saturday will start with the now traditional 7.30am Vodka and Orange to calm the nerves (purely medicinal). Off to Wembley for about 11.30am whilst the wife sopends the day shopping, take in the atmosphere, then a few beers with family from Wireland in the Blue Checker, just off Wembley Way. Match, then more beer. Back to North East on the Monday morning.

Train from Portsmouth 7am. Breakfast in London, pub game china town after game over night stay back Sunday afternoon train to Portsmouth

Leaving East Manchester at 7am on Friday morning. Going straight to the Harry Potter Studio Tour at Elstree. Have 2 nights booked at The Village in Elstree. May get the train into London on Friday evening to go on the Big Wheel. Saturday is a nice lie in, a Full English, Wembley and then hopefully spend the evening celebrating. Sunday is a lie-in followed by a leisurely drive home.

Previous years have included dressing up as Bananman and drinking to excess. This year, the ladies are coming along so Im going to be sensible. Driving down on the Saturday and staying overnight in Borehamwood...... and maybe a shandy or two.
