They normally might be but it may be difficult with a larger than usual attendance. Add to that the potential closure of Hard Ings Road and it could be a nightmare. All three of those options you mention are reached from Hard Ings Road. I'm not sure exactly what the extent of the roadworks is going to be but a closure has been mentioned; I've no idea whether this would be all of the road or just a part of it but whatever it is it won't be good. The logical detour if Hard Ings Road is in fact closed is Royd Ings Avenue which takes you past what is now the main entrance to Cougar Park (even though this is the 'back road'). There's usually parking along there and one of those two retail parks - Alston Road retail park - can also be reached from it but if traffic is being diverted along Royd Ings Avenue it will be mighty congested. I'm going to leave my jalopy at my parents' house and walk down

I think the Retail Park is monitored by a private company, only allowed 1 maybe 2 hours, not sure.
As for getting to the ground.I regularly travel from Keighley to Burtonwood, depending on time of day and day of week it can take anything from 1 Hour 15 to 2 Hours 15.
I would think on a Sunday M62 to Halifax or M65 to Colne should take no more than an Hour and Half.Just remember it may be awkward parking once you get to the ground.
