The Shaun Wane Wigan so far doesn't look anywhere near the same force as the Michael Maguire coached Wigan, they have also lost Hoffman and Coley from last season which so far look to be very big losses.
Huddersfield as you know are very hit and miss, its hard to know which Huddersfield will turn up at times, they were awful when we beat them, we wasn't much better ourselves, it was our goal line defence that won us that game as we still made a lot of errors with ball in hand.
Last year we hammered Leeds away, this year we came up against a Leeds side that didn't play well at all, again we wern't very convincing ourselves and lost the game.
We were also fortunate to get past Wakefield and to some extent Bradford, we didn't play well against Hull KR either.
I'm not so sure its been a hard start, its just we have made it very hard for ourselves due to the rugby we are playing, were not fluent yet, were full of errors and we don't look to have much cohesian.
Both the Wigan and Wakefield games were in the balance, both could have quite easily have gone the other way and the picture would be a lot different, we got the points but our league position at the min isn't really a true picture of the standard of rugby we are playing, we could quite easily have had 2 more losses to our name.
