| Quote wolfinwidnes="wolfinwidnes"Because evans has only played wing in first team and ratch is comfortable at centre and riles is a fullback'"
As others have said, MOM at centre v Leeds last year and centre is his usual position in the youth teams. Ratchford is a versatile back so better to return him to FB to cover for Hodgson, and leave Riley on the wing where he is currently playing well.

| I dont know why people on here arent more confident in the team for Friday.
Ok, so we are down a couple of influential players but, personally, I believe we have more than enough talent in our 19 to bring home the 2 points.
I, for one, am looking forward to bringing home the spoils and am excited about the Atkins / Hardaker / Watkins battle given the ETS / EN decisions.

| Looking at the squad as a Leeds fan, I'd say it still looks plenty strong enough to get a result at Heading;ey. Should be a good game I think. Not convinced either side has really hit form yet.
I'd like to see more of Evans at centre. I thought he looked full of potential when he played there against us last year. We produce so few skillful centres in this country, and I'm holding high hopes for the kid. Granted he probably won't help England much (unless he decides to switch on residency grounds of course) but hope of a GB future springs eternal, and at least he could be a top centre not imported from down under. If we saw him and Atkins against Hardaker and Watkins, that would be interested. No idea how Atkins isn't in the England squad to be honest. I have not always been wholly convinced by him, but he's never been any worse than any other English centre and does actually seem to be adding some of the positional awareness and passing skill I thought he lacked previously.
Apart from that, I'd fully support the use of the 10 man team somebody suggested on page 1. I'd be very confident that Leeds could turn you over quite convincingly if you played with 10 men.

Aye, there was an article on BBC sport about it last year: www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/rugby-league/14059590
I'm not sure when we'll get to see Ben in the first team yet, but as a forward I suppose TS would want him to mature more physically before he throws him in.
