thing is thou they give there team a bad name its just a small minority of idiots , was actually speaking to some hkr fans pre match in the lion and they seemed really nice people

No need for calling all rovers fans,like wire till i die says just a small few who cause trouble all the time,trouble is that clubs dont like to ban away fans so just throw the fans out and thats the end of it.Name and shame and arrest i say.

Such a shame to hear this. As we've heard a whole host of times its a minority and not a reflection of all fans. The problem is it does reflect on all a clubs fans including alos the whole competition. If their respective clubs are not doing enough to eradicate this behaviour then the RFL needs to stop in. With heavy handed policing in football quelling a lot of the issues I've always worried that these mindless idiots will turn their attention to a sport with less policing. If thats the case we need to stamp a tough line now.

It doesn't sound like a pleasant incident but it's pathetic to blame the entire city of Hull for a handful of idiots. There was an excellent atmosphere away at Hull FC, passionate but good-natured.

The idiots on this thread stereotyping the city of Hull for the acts of a few fans from one of its sports teams should hang their heads in shame. I suppose they turn a blind eye to all the naughty Warrington fans in order to keep this perception that they're all good boys and girls. It's a good job not everyone groups people together because of a minority.

I was in the West Stand myself. Not a full shilling alot of that Hull lot, certainly alot of them that were in the stand anyway.

I like FC fans. Haven't had much contact with Rovers fans.

Wasn't at the game today and it's sad to hear of trouble, but I seem to remember a thread praising the Hull KR fans last season for travelling to the HJ in good numbers, good voice and happy to have some friendly banter.

They have bad apples as do every club, but is there really a need to tar all with the same brush?
