Quote: meast "i was one of the guys holding the flag and it was a pleasure, truly deserved and it was our way of congratulating warrington on a brilliant season.
all the credit has to go to raaaymond and his lad who made the flag, we just helped out but the reaction from the warrington fans who applauded us and shook our hands made me very proud to be a rugby league supporter tonight.
i think we've always regarded wire as our favourite away trip and wire fans have always been top notch with us, so it was our way of also saying thanks for the warm welcome we receive at warrington.
i hope you go on and lift the whole damn lot now you deserve it.
once again "well done wire"'"
Well done sir, well done!!!
You are a credit to your club, along with rugby league as a whole!!! Certainly brought a massive smile to my face. Good luck with your next game.
To dropkick, don't forget the station also serves real ale (although the barmaid is a bitch there and I have told her so much)
I have always liked huddersfield (and I mean liked) as has been said we have grown together and always meet at the big games (final playoff last year ,ad probably this year & the cc final)
I will admit my patience was tried around christmas where the hudds fans camew baiting on here (made wigan fans look sensible) however overall I like the fans!
Thanks guys you made me smile the other night!

the usual classless Wigan bile...saying it made them sick...someone thought it was "pathetic"....blah blah blah...to be honest I don't tend to retain e..so i can't give you more detail than that!
Not ALL Wiganers were being silly....just the usual childish morons.
My daughter always remembers coming out of Wembley in 2009 and a little Huddersfield lad (about 6) came up to us and held out his hand "Well done, and thank you for a great day". Says it all.
