I suspect someone who deals with on-line issues at the club is going to have a massive headache today.
I tried six times to order 1 south stand ticket (between 10-1130 this morn). Only my last attempt was officially successful, and I got an email reciept for it.
The other 5 attempts all crashed the system with a "500 internal server error message" I notice all these attempts have been recorded though in my account as orders - so I hope I dont get billed for them all! I have emailed the club but no idea if the shopadmin@warringtonwolves.com address actually goes anywhere?? |

It's being resolved tomorrow - I'm told.
Happened to quote "a lot of people".
Money being sent back to cards - where they think the order is a problem one - I'm hoping its not been billed in the first place.
Not a great situation at all, if I'm honest.

Got 3 tickets online this morning but crashed upon payment as others have said. No email confirmation or receipt recieved but money was debited from my account and the order appeared on my order history on the website.
Anyway, just spoke to the club and they said that all orders that have been debited will be processed tomorrow morning and available to pick up tomorrow afternoon / latest Weds.
Could prove to be a b@llache though if people have been double / triple debited on one order!

Grandparents queued for two hours today, they were very annoyed that there was only two people on the tills, presumably the other two were on ticket ripping duties as per usual. That shop could not organise a tea party in a dolls house!
