Shortly after I posted this I had a phonecall from the ticket office saying they had me a ticket in the East Stand, and to come in and collect it
whenever.
At 1605 I had a call telling me I had to collect my ticket within the next 25 minutes or it would be given to someone else, which obviously took me by surprise as I was given the impression the ticket was mine to collect at any time, as I do week in week out. When I asked how she expected me to get there in that time she snapped "I don't know where you live do I", and made several other confrontational comments. In the end she was testing my patience so I put the phone down before I lost it. Whoever said customer service was dead?
Fortunately a friend is sorting me out with a ticket in the NS. Genuinely shocked at how rude she was!!!
