In addition to filling the east end corners in there are also the following works being carried out:
- small extension to the south stand in the south west corner to provide a groundsmans store;
- kiosk 3 in the north stand to be replaced by new ticket sales office including 2 new ticket sales windows facing outwards;
- alterations to the parking layout near north-east corner including improved pedestrianisation;
- relocation of the brian bevan statue
