I'm not going. Well I may do, but not going to buy tickets yet. I have got 4 tickets for the double header. @ £10 each even if you add the £40 diesel, it works out cheaper.

When you buy tickets from the HJ can you pick exactly where you sit? Like at the cinema where they show you on the screen what seats are available? Or do you just say what stand you want and they allocate accordingly?

You get to choose which section of the stand you wish to sit in - or at least you do for the North Stand (the main seating area along the touchline).

Tickets for the central area are a higher price band than those towards each end.

When I first tried to buy tickets they came up for the second row.
There is no way of changing that, so I cancelled the transaction, waited for a few hours and eventually got them a few rows back.

(Why are the seated areas called stands and the standing areas called terraces?!)

Terracing actually relates to the flooring structure where there are a series of steps. Stands relate to the structure covering these areas.
