Some belters from PC last night.

And he tied himself in knots talking about Senior. At first he encouraged Senior to play on next year and made sense in saying you are along time retired and so should leave nothing on the field when you walk away. But then he urged caution in not chasing his career too far (in trying to outlast Paul Johnson and Sean Long) and said something like "it's one thing to come off the field having left nothing behind but he needs to ensure he has something left when he walks off" and then looked utterly confused as he realised his contradiction!

The last one was brilliant.

"You've got to come off the pitch having left everything on it, but make sure you've still got more in you than you left out there"

That was it, you remembered it better than me and it's even more confusing than my recollection of it. I love PC but he does crack me up at times!

I know, his analysis is usually pretty good, but some of the crap he comes out with is hilarious.

He even had a little chuckle after that one when he realised what he had said.
