Yes, you make a fair point. Up until the current owner took over, I was happy with the idea of Wakey going down, but you've got to admire the way they've recovered from their problems. Seems wrong to kick them out now.

have wakey not already been penalised by having 4 points deducted this season? it should be a fair review of all teams including london and the crusaders to decide who goes down not some subjective review by red hall who i wouldn't trust to collect my milk money!

dunno about it being wrong, but if you've seen the bulls board this week following our 'kicking the out of them' scoreline even though they pretty much beat themselves, there are a few fans that on there looking on enviously how the wakey squad, which is inferior in quality and talent, and names i guess, is rallying and putting together some competitive performances, and even some wins.

If you consider the criteria of stadiums, support which are easy to understand then SL would naturally become 10-12 team league. Going to 14 was probably a couple of clubs too far.

But I would still like to see cru and quins but properly established with regular 5k crowds and 10k a couple of times a season
