Ive heard a similar rumour with James Lowes coming in the opposite direction as head coach.

that has just made the thought of it so much worse, if he were to go i would hate to replace him with lowes.

The one thing that Simon Moran will have definitely learned in the last 5 or 6 years, is the invaluable need for a quality coach....You can sign all the top-notch players you want, but put them in the hands of a numpty and you will forever under-acheive.

Smith has been excellent, but if he was to leave, I'm sure Mr Moran would make sure he was replaced by an adequately qualified coach.
