Its only a ref... he is alot better this season anyway and has the best fitness levels so will see any forward passes like against hull and huddersfield hopefully

He reffed the WCC a couple of weeks ago, so that's wrong. I think he might be decent, as long as he isn't as bad as in the game against Hull KR at the HJ...

Alibert is currently the best ref in the league and has been good every time this season. So spare us the moaning.

Many's the time I've been to a game, come home (like most of the crowd) with a lost voice, and watched the game back, only to find the ref got the vast majority of his calls, correct
The refs aren't that bad these days. The only time we should whinge about a ref, is AFTER a game, IF he's DONE something wrong. Some of us are getting our knickers in a twist, over 72 hours before kick-off

Alibert refereed the playoff game where Wigan lost 27-26 to Leeds after Richards missed a last minute penalty.

Before that though, Wigan had won all 6 of the games Alibert has refereed with them in it since 2009, though granted the opposition were Harlequins, Hull KR, Hull FC, Castleford, Crusaders & Salford.
