To be fair it did look like it at the ground. I appealed until I saw the screen and it looked completely different. An optical illusion if you will. Quite how the ref saw it right is beyond me, but fair play to him for that.

You NEVER see the ref marching the offending side back 10 metres anymore, but the level of whinging has rocketed in the last couple of years, Saints and Leeds being the worst offenders.
