Was wondering people's thoughts on the Wire, should we continue to do the community thing and have about 400 different age groups on the pitch at half time or go back to the days where we have proper/trained cheerleaders with poms poms throwing themselves about after every glourious point

And before likening me to Andy Gray, this is not a sexist based post, more a fan entertainment thread, what would you get more out of?

Its hard to say, family point of view its good for the kids, my sister did cheerleading from 8 years old and loved it. Now shes 16, and getting wolfwhistled and letched over, i see it from a different perspective.

I like the cheerleading thing,as do most male supporters,but not now its my sis!!!!

I'd say keep the community cheerleaders and those who have barely left high school. As you mention its a hobby for them and I would rather have them dancing at half time than join the increasing amount that drink on the streets every weekend causing anti social behaviour.

But with all due respect, don't expect me to watch them.

My vote goes to fit birds with massive jugs.

From a female perspective, To be honest i'm not keen on fusion elite. I think it's just their style of dancing. I much prefered Starlights (those cheerleaders). But i heard some not so good things about them.

I'm guessing they weren't vegetarians?
