I always had aspirations of opening a chippy. I'd call it 'Paul's Smelly Wet Plaice.'

Someone mentioned Cornwall..... The best Fish and Chips I ever consumed were from Polperro but that was a few years ago and it could well be a Chinese now. It was Elsies or Eileens....or something beginning with E anyhow.
