It would be "i have seen you around."
and how do you know i'm not American? I'm not. But it is an acceptable spelling in an informal context. It is personal choice on my part. But it is a niggly area. I do prefer some American Spellings and they are present in a Webster's dictionary of English. You can technically call me out on it.
And the I'm with stupid thing was a joke. Directed at anyone who made a mistake.
