1. Have season tickets holdewrs ever not been able to purches their usual seat? Why do you think this would be any different?
2. Do you not think they might just have been slightly busy at 9.00am with people who had been queing outside waiting for the shop to open.
3. You have until close of business tomorrow to get your ticket sorted. Why did you have to ring the second the shop opened? Maybe they were busy on another call.
As for having a job to do I suggest you get on with it rather than wasting your time on the personal phone calls and posting rubbish on internet forums.
