As I say, no big deal like, just, when you've pacified kids for a period of time, to tell them that we have to sort of 'start again', well, it ain't happening. They were a bit dissapointed like, but there'll be other opportunities.
Smith has a nice manner about him, as do many of the players. We do well in general with the 'family image stuff'.
