i used to have a couple of pints in the rodders before the match ever since we moved to the hj. but went last week and no more tetleys just some thwates smooth rubbish so i'll be off somewhere else in future

saw a Warrington pub I didn't know about previously - The Spa Brook, on Howson Road in North Orford. Anyone know of it ?


Also, is the Orford Hotel on Norris St still open ? Drove past the other day and it looked a bit forlorn...

Yeah the orford is still open, not much goin on in there though. We all use the 3 pidgeons at the back of the South stand for all the home games.

Red Lion is rubbish, cant get served in The Rodney. I usually have a few in town somewhere and stroll down.

The Old Ball (or Festered Knacker) as we called it was where in olden times we used to meet for away games.

The other week someone was doing madness to bon jovi,
the sweet came on (blockbuster)all hell broke loose,people all over the place playin imaginery air guitars!!!!!

if thats not enough cue "we are the champions" came on full blast everyone singin along,
Would nt mind we had only beat castelford at home!!!!!!you could nt make it up.......Great atmosphere...
