| Quote wire78="wire78"Totally agree with this, in all honesty i would possibly go as far as sayinging he's the best front rower we've had in all my time watching wire.'"
He's good, but he's not as good as Boyd.

| Top stuff!
Bit concerned about Morleys age in 2012 mind, one injury can do you but if he keeps himself fit he'll still be able to do a job.
It's the other 2 im more excited about

| Completely different era, so it's hard to compare them, I'll go for Morlry because of his much heavier workload.

i suggest a quick re-watch of sir les in his pomp in the premiership final, playing the full 80 and going over from the 25 for a try at the death,if anyone thinks the game was slower back then i suggest they watch the speed of our back row and the way they competed for the full duration of the game.

| Unfortunately I recorded it on Betamax! Mind you I can certainly remember the 'trampling over several Halifax players' Try.

| If Rah can be playing semi-decent till his mid 30s, no reason Morley can't do it either. Good on the club for signing Harrison for 2 years, developed well since TS came in and Bridge deserves a contract for his utility value to the squad.
So far out of contract 2010 (correct me if I'm wrong):
Briers
Higham
Hicks
Vinnie Anderson
Blythe
Cooper
Carney? (if he signs for another 12 months)
Grix? (or did he sign an extension)

Glad you think the same I watched that game a while Back and the speed of the whole pack was astounding ...it was a forwards game no doubt about it. but people Like Sally cinnamon keep telling us we are simply misty eyed and modern day players like Paleasina and gareth hagerty are fitter and more mobile and more skilfull....
but that aside Morley is without doubt a legend and deserves to be compared with Boyd any day of the week.
