I got mine about 3 days (ordered it the week before the final) ago with a letter from DHL saying they were very sorry for the delay but they had software issues which caused the delay!!
But I'm still missing the semi-final programme I ordered as well - so emailed and still waiting for a response; think in the future I'll just stick with the copy I buy at the match (even if its a bit bent and folded etc)!!
