Shaun McRae can't really say anything else until the signing gets announced. Salford need the money as they haven't got any. The new stadium thing has gone quiet again (it's been running longer than The Mousetrap),and if nothing materialises everyone knows they'll be out of SL, so they might as well cash in now or lose him for nothing next year.
