But whilst we're on the subject of maths,was she allowed to use a calculator,log tables,sine tables etc ? most proberley.The education system has been dumbed down beyond belief.Dumbed down so much,that last years maths gcse pass rate,was set at 28%.Considering the old pass rate for O levels was 65%,anything lower was classed as a failure,you'll see my point.And as for chemistry,unless you want to be a terrorist,then its totally pointless,may aswell have taken sociology or done a degree in hair colouring.

They don't make them like they used to, in Live Wired's day they weren't allowed calculators and had to memorise log and sine tables before they went into the exam.

They proberley weren't even allowed to use spell checkers either.
