Quote rubber duckie="rubber duckie"What you saying you dummies?
It aint Lowes fault that Smith decided on taking our best forwards over to France on a pointless exercise and that Briers got injured and that Cullen signed a hooker to play at scrum half!
I can tell you that for the first time this year somebody (Lowes) actually realised the fact that Monas is not a scrum half and had him on the bench to play as impact hooker which was his forte in Oz. It back fired when Briers got injured, we all had to suffer to watch him at 7.
We would not have won that game with or without Briers anyways. We were getting embarressed before he left the field injured. We had little penatration.
Perhaps we may of had a little hope if we'ed have started the game with Carvell along sides Rah as opposed to the lightweight Paul Wood...?

who you calling dummy, it doesn't matter what happened on sunday as far as lowes is concerned, look at his track record pre smith, hardly at the level of an international coach was it? so hence a whitty comment made in jest whith a twist of irony, without doubt the aussies or wigan would achieve less with lowes in charge...... dummy!
not once was sundays performance brought into question, bringing mona on as a hooker was a good idea, probably not lowes' to be honest, if it had worked it would been proof that he's a hooker rather than a stand off or scrum half but briers injury put paid to that!
i agree that we had a weaker squad out, none of that was an issue when it came to taking the pee out of J.L's ability as a coach, which tbh is poor to average at best!
so rubber dummy back off!
see you in barcelona??
