i've not seen anything mentioned in the last 3 years that the dragons get any/much support from the barca locale.

This proved to be an excellent method of purchasing tickets.
I have just bought three tickets on the half-way line (the site allows you to select the exact block and seats you want) at 17.50 Euros each.
However, if you purchase the tickets with a credit/debit card issued outside of Spain, you can only collect your tickets from the ticket office at the stadium.
